Friday with a Twist

Friday with a Twist

Posted by Isabel Pritchett on

It's finally FRIDAY and after the week we've all had I think we all deserve to toast to something refreshing!

We're starting off the weekend with a Negroni. A refreshing and light gin drink.

Many people have put a personal spin on this classic drink, but we're just going to stick with the classic recipe. Sometimes simple is better.

What you'll need:

A good quality Gin

Campari

Sweet Vermouth

Ice Cubes

Ice Ball

Strainer

A orange rind to garish

Put 1 ounce of each into a class.

1 oz Gin, 1 oz Campari and 1 oz Sweet Vermouth.

Put all 3 parts into the glass with the ice cubes then stir.

Strain the drink into a glass with the ice ball.

Garnish with the orange and ENJOY!
