Thank you for your purchase!

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not please see our return policy below:

NO REFUNDS.

Store credit or exchange will be issued for unworn and unaltered items.

ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

Items may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days.

We try to accommodate our customers as best as we can! 

Our Return Policy for the holidays has been extended until January 15, 2019. 

For returns made for online purchases:

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Clearance/Sale items and special order items are FINAL SALE.

 

SHOE RETURN POLICY – Shoes purchased at Sanitstyle.com must be returned in a packaging box.

The shoe boxes can not be marked by shipping labels.

Shoes must be in unworn condition to be sold as new.

If there is ANY sign of wear on the shoes or the shoe box is damaged the shoes it will be returned to you at your cost and a refund will not be issued.

Unfortunately, if a returned item does not meet the criteria for acceptable returns, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If a package is refused delivery a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Special order items are considered Final Sale and promo codes may not be used.

Promo Codes or Coupons may not be used with Pre-order items.

Sanitystyle.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return form included in your package.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued a store credit within 1-3 business days. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once the store credit has been processed.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your store credit or exchange.

Shipping

Free standard shipping to US and Canada. 

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

Orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. ( 2-3 Business Days )

A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.
