We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not please see our return policy below:

NO REFUNDS.

Receipt must be present at time of return. 

Store credit or exchange will be issued for unworn and unaltered items within 14 days of receiving items. 

Holiday Gift Return Policy: Gifts may be returned until January 15, 2024 for store credit or exchange. 

ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.

Sale Items, Zoya Products, Hats, Personal Products, Pillow Cases, Drinkware, Food Items, Art, Swimwear. 

We try to accommodate our customers as best as we can! 

For returns made for online purchases:

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Clearance/Sale items and special order items are FINAL SALE.

Unfortunately, if a returned item does not meet the criteria for acceptable returns, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If a package is refused delivery a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out the return form included in your package.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued a store credit within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email with the store credit code. 

If you prefer an in store credit, please let us know and we will be more than happy to issue one!

Free standard shipping above $50.00 within the US.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days hours of ordering unless items are a preorder.

Orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS First Class (3-5 business days) or Priority Mail. ( 2-3 Business Days ) unless otherwise requested. 

A shipping notification will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.
