DIY Spa Night

We've raised the white flag and have said adios to the annual Chagrin Falls Sidewalk Sale (for this year). After such a crazy weekend, sometimes a spa day or night is just what the doctor called for, which is why we thought of a few at-home spa treatments to do on a night that you're just relaxing at home. 

Grab that remote and get ready to binge watch the newest season of Stranger Things because you're night is set!

First things first, HYDRATE! The key to staying healthy is drinking water and lots of it, especially during spa night! For a spa feel, try infusing your water with different fruits and herbs. 

For Immunity: Try infusing your water with orange, pineapple or strawberry. 

For Relaxation: Infuse your water with Sage, Pineapple or or Raspberries.
