We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in the case that you are not please see our return policy below:

For our local customers living within the Cleveland area:

Unworn and unaltered items can be returned for a store credit or exchanged at Sanity in Chagrin Falls within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returns for a full refund are accepted on clothing and shoes that are unworn, in new and resalable condition and have all tags attached.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON: Clearance/Sale items and special order items.

If making a purchase during a promotion, certain restrictions may apply and will be outlined during the checkout process and on the invoice sent to you.

SHOE RETURN POLICY – Shoes purchased at Sanitstyle.com must be returned in a packaging box.

The shoe boxes can not be marked by shipping labels.

Shoes must be in unworn condition to be sold as new.

If there is ANY sign of wear on the shoes or the shoe box is damaged the shoes it will be returned to you at your cost and a refund will not be issued.

Unfortunately, if a returned item does not meet the criteria for acceptable returns, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

If a package is refused delivery a 20% restocking fee may be applied.

Special order items are considered Final Sale and promo codes may not be used.

Promo Codes or Coupons may not be used with Pre-order items.

Sanitystyle.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

Please include the original sales receipt (or copy) and fill out this return form.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3-5 business days. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been processed.

We will notify you via email once we have processed your refund or exchange.

Shipping

Free standard shipping to US and Canada. Flat rate of $19.95 dollars for international shipments.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of ordering.

U.S Domestic orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. ( 2-3 Business Days ) A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.

International orders with standard shipping will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. ( 5-9 Business Days ) A shipping invoice will be emailed to you with a delivery confirmation number, once your item has been shipped.

PLEASE NOTE – International orders may be subject to customs review. This process could take up to 30 days and is out of Sanitystyle.com’s control.

Customs Information

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our shipping. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Sanitystyle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Sanitystyle.com, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

*** USPS Delivery Confirmation number is not the same as a tracking number. Packages sometimes may only update in the system once the package is delivered.
